The liquid level tells you what fraction of a selected countdown has elapsed. It cannot assess how your body is responding to cold water or provide a safe exposure limit.

A practical way to use the display

The timer’s ending should never be a requirement to continue a hazardous activity. This tool is suitable for ordinary countdowns, with a silent ending available in Settings; it is not a cold-water training plan.

Open the timer

Use the free visual timer to set minutes and seconds, pause or stop, and choose the display and alarm settings. Keep the tab open and the device awake while timing.
