A practical way to use the display

Choose a comfortable short break, select No Alarm in Settings, and keep the countdown in view if you want to check the remaining time. The liquid level represents the whole duration and does not give instructions for individual breaths.

Open the timer

Use the free visual timer to set minutes and seconds, pause or stop, and choose the display and alarm settings. Keep the tab open and the device awake while timing.
