A changing liquid level offers another way to display the same duration as the numerical countdown. Different people may prefer different combinations; hiding numbers is not a universal accessibility solution.

A practical way to use the display

Try both views with the person who will use the timer. In Settings, turn Show Remaining Time on or off and choose filling or draining liquid. Check that the duration and ending are understood before relying on the display for a task.

Open the timer

Use the free visual timer to set minutes and seconds, pause or stop, and choose the display and alarm settings. Keep the tab open and the device awake while timing.
